The team behind President Donald Trump’s memecoin is promoting a second gala event tied to holdings of the Official Trump (TRUMP) token, this time offering invitations to a conference and luncheon at Mar-a-Lago.
A Thursday post from the TrumpMeme account on X advertised what it called “the most exclusive crypto and business conference in the world,” scheduled for April 25 at Trump’s private club in Palm Beach, Florida.
According to the event’s website, invitations will go to the top 297 holders of the TRUMP token based on a leaderboard tracking participants’ time-weighted average holdings on Robinhood between March 12 and April 10.
The top 29 holders are also promised access to a separate VIP reception and a champagne toast with Trump and other yet-to-be-named special guests.
The event is being organized by Fight Fight Fight LLC, the entity behind the memecoin. A disclaimer on the website says Trump is appearing at the conference as a guest in his personal capacity and that there will be no private meetings with the president.
The TRUMP token briefly rose about 3% to just above $3 following the announcement before retreating to around $2.96. Earlier Thursday, the token hit an all-time low near $2.75, according to The Block price data.
TRUMP is down roughly 96% from its peak near $74 shortly after launching in early 2025.
The new promotion echoes a similar event last year in which top memecoin holders were invited to a dinner at Trump National Golf Club outside Washington, D.C., in May.
That event drew criticism from Democratic lawmakers and watchdog groups who argued it risked allowing wealthy investors, potentially including foreign actors, to buy access to the president.
