Coinhub Exchange FAQ’s
You can easily deposit or withdraw funds through bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers, or supported payment methods. After logging in, visit the wallet icon on your dashboard and click on the cryptocurrency you would like to use or fiat options. The wallet icon of the selected method will then allow you to “Deposit” or “Withdraw”.
Yes, to comply with regulations and ensure a safe trading environment, we require all users to complete a one-time identity verification process before trading or withdrawing funds.
2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password. You can enable it in your Coinhub Exchange account settings using a recommended 2FA security key; alternatively an app like Google Authenticator or Authy can be utilized, however, we solely recommend use of physical security keys with backups.
