How do I deposit cryptocurrency into my Coinhub Exchange account?
To deposit crypto, log in and follow these steps:
- Go to Funding and select the crypto asset you want to deposit.
- Generate your unique deposit address. Be sure to send only the correct coin (e.g., only BTC to a BTC address).
- Send the crypto from your external wallet or exchange.
- Wait for the required number of blockchain confirmations. Once confirmed, your balance will be updated.
Some deposits may require a memo, tag, or destination ID—if prompted, ensure this is included to avoid delays or loss of funds. Coinhub holds the majority of crypto assets in offline cold storage, with a portion in secure hot wallets to support instant liquidity and fast deposits.
For security, newly deposited crypto may be subject to a temporary withdrawal hold while risk checks are completed. Trading with those funds is usually available immediately.
