Coinhub Exchange Terms of Service

These Coinhub Exchange Service Terms (“Service Terms” or “Terms”) supplement the Website Terms of Use and contain the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Coinhub Exchange Services (the “Services” or “Platform”). As used throughout these Terms, “Digital Asset” refers to cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other digital representations of value that are traded, stored, or managed on the Platform.

Welcome to Coinhub Exchange, a cutting-edge platform developed to provide you with seamless access to cryptocurrency trading, custody, and financial tools.

Coinhub Exchange serves as an advanced Digital Asset platform offering:

Access to Gemini: A secure and regulated custodian that manages and holds Digital Assets on behalf of users.
Trading Tools by Liquid Mercury: State-of-the-art analytics and trading functionalities to optimize your Digital Asset trading experience.
Technology-Facilitated Access: A seamless and user-friendly interface designed to integrate the services of Gemini and Liquid Mercury efficiently.

CHB CORE leverages the advanced infrastructure of Gemini Trust Company, LLC (“Gemini”), a regulated cryptocurrency exchange and custodian, and Option Technologies Solutions International LLC d/b/a Liquid Mercury (“Liquid Mercury”), a provider of professional trading solutions. By integrating with these trusted third-party platforms, Coinhub Exchange enables you to securely manage, trade, and access Digital Assets with confidence with over 20+ liquidity providers so that you are able to access deep liquidity.

While Coinhub Exchange facilitates your interaction with trading services, CHB CORE does not hold, manage, or have custody of any user funds or Digital Assets. All assets are securely stored and managed by Gemini under its independent terms and policies, and all transactions, custody, and storage of assets are conducted directly through Gemini under its applicable terms and conditions.

We may add or remove Digital Assets from the Platform at any time in our sole discretion, without notice and without liability to you.

Permitted Use of the Platform

By accessing or using Coinhub Exchange, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Permitted uses of the Platform include, but are not limited to:

Accessing Trading Tools: Using the Platform’s interface to engage in Digital Asset trading and analytics powered by Gemini and Liquid Mercury.
Account Management: Creating and managing your Account in compliance with these Service Terms and applicable laws.
Data Retrieval: Viewing and downloading information or reports for your personal or business use, provided that such use does not violate these Service Terms or applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not use the Platform for any activities that are illegal, unauthorized, or harmful to CHB CORE, Gemini, Liquid Mercury, or other users. Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and reporting to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Unlawful Activities

Engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraudulent schemes, or other activities prohibited by law.
Using the Platform in violation of any applicable sanctions, including but not limited to those enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).
Using the Platform to distribute malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software.
Circumventing or interfering with the security, integrity, or lawful operations of Coinhub Exchange, Gemini, Liquid Mercury, or any associated systems or services.

Unauthorized Access & Security Violations

Accessing or attempting to access another user’s Account without authorization.
Creating or using an Account for another person or entity without their explicit authorization.
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent security measures or authentication processes on the Platform.
Interfering with, disrupting, or otherwise compromising the security or functionality of the Platform, including through the use of viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

Misrepresentation & Fraud

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, Account setup or during interactions with CHB CORE.
Using Coinhub Exchange to impersonate another person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Engaging in fraudulent activities, including unauthorized transactions or falsifying documents.
Misrepresenting or mischaracterizing Coinhub Exchange, Gemini, or Liquid Mercury.

Competitive Use

Using the Platform to engage in data extraction, scraping, crawling or mining of data for any purpose.
Copying, reverse engineering, or attempting to replicate the Platform’s functionality for commercial gain or competitive purposes.
Using the Platform to develop or improve machine learning or AI models or technology, or for the development of any other software, service, model or algorithm.

Market Manipulation

Engaging in or facilitating activities that manipulate the Digital Asset market, such as wash trading, price pumping schemes, spoofing, or other deceptive practices.
Coordinating with others to artificially inflate or deflate the price of Digital Assets.

Third-Party Services & Content

Third-Party Partners & Affiliates

Coinhub Exchange integrates services provided by Gemini, Liquid Mercury and other licensors. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with their respective terms and policies, including but not limited to:

Gemini’s User Agreement: Governing custody, trading, and Account management.
Liquid Mercury’s Terms of Service: Governing the use of trading tools and analytics.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any actions, omissions, or liabilities of our licensors, third-party service providers or affiliates, including but not limited to, Gemini and Liquid Mercury (collectively, “Third-Party Providers”). We may promote our Third-Party Providers and their services; however, we are not liable for any acts or omissions of Third-Party Partners or in connection with their services. Our Third-Party Providers operate independently and are responsible for their own products, services, and business practices. CHB CORE does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the actions or quality of services provided by Third-Party Providers. You acknowledge and agree that any disputes or claims arising from transactions or interactions with our Third-Party Providers must be resolved directly with or brought against the respective Third-Party Provider. CHB CORE shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of such disputes or claims. CHB CORE makes reasonable efforts to select and maintain partnerships and affiliations with reputable companies; however, you are advised to exercise your own judgment, perform due diligence, and make informed decisions when engaging with our Third-Party Providers.

CHB CORE reserves the right to modify or terminate its partnerships, affiliations and corresponding third-party services at any time without prior notice. Such modifications or terminations shall not create any liability on the part of CHB CORE. You agree to indemnify and hold CHB CORE, its affiliates and their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, actions, costs and expenses of any kind (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your interactions or transactions with our Third-Party Providers. This includes but is not limited to any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of your reliance on the actions or representations of the Third-Party Providers. The availability of our Services may be dependent on Third-Party Providers to support them, and thus certain services may or may not be offered at any time based on the availability of the services from a Third-Party Provider. We are not liable for any downtime, interruption in the availability or termination of any services provided by a Third-Party Provider.

Third-Party Content & Intellectual Property

In using the Services, you may view content or services provided by third parties, including links to their web pages and services (“Third-Party Content”). CHB CORE works with a diverse network of Third-Party Providers to deliver secure and efficient services. These Third-Party Providers may include but are not limited to on-ramp & off-ramp providers, payment processors, identity verification services, infrastructure hosting, and analytics platforms. We do not control, endorse or adopt any Third-Party Content and have no responsibility for Third-Party Content, including, without limitation, material that may be misleading, incomplete, erroneous, offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable in your jurisdiction. Any use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk.

The Platform may include content, trademarks, or services owned by third parties, including but not limited to Gemini and Liquid Mercury. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to that:

Acknowledgment of Third-Party Rights: You acknowledge that all third-party intellectual property integrated into Coinhub Exchange is protected under applicable laws and is the sole property of its respective owners; and
No Unauthorized Use: You agree not to use or misappropriate third-party intellectual property displayed or accessed through the Platform.

User Representations & Warranties

By agreeing to these Service Terms or using the Platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing and using our Services. In addition, you represent and warrant that:

You have full power and authority to enter into the Service Terms.
You understand and acknowledge that we do not warrant that any of the Services available are suitable or appropriate for your needs and that you must obtain your own legal, financial, tax and other advice on your use of such Services.
You are the lawful owner of any Digital Assets deposited, traded, or withdrawn through Coinhub Exchange and the Digital Assets have been lawfully obtained and are free of any liens, claims, or encumbrances.
You understand and acknowledge that while we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information that we provide, neither we nor any of our directors, employees or agents make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of such information.
You will provide all assistance reasonably requested by CHB CORE to enable us to comply with its obligations under any of the CHB CORE Policies as a condition of continued use of the Services.

Compliance with the Law

Your relationship with CHB CORE and use of any of the Services may be subject to the laws, regulations, and rules of governmental or regulatory authorities in your or our jurisdiction (“Applicable Law”). By accepting these Terms, you agree to act in compliance with and be legally bound to any and all Applicable Laws. You agree to cooperate with CHB CORE’s compliance team for periodic reviews and audits as required. Our Third-Party Providers may also request additional documentation to meet these requirements.

Accessing the Services

Eligibility

To access or use our Services, you must be able to form a legally binding contract with us. Accordingly, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g. eighteen years old) and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into and comply with the terms and conditions of these Service Terms on behalf of yourself and any company or legal entity for which you may access or use the Services. There are certain features which may or may not be available to you depending on your location and other criteria.

You further represent that you are not (a) the subject of economic or trade sanctions administered or enforced by any governmental authority or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties (including but not limited to the list maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury) or (b) a citizen, resident, or organized in a jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide, territory-wide, or regional economic sanctions by the United States. Finally, you represent that your access and use of the Services will fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that you will not access or use the Platform to conduct, promote, or otherwise facilitate any illegal activity.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Services solely in accordance with the terms of these Service Terms.

User Accounts & Credentials

Your access to our Services may be contingent upon creating a user account(s) (“Account”) and satisfying our onboarding requirements. Onboarding requirements vary by Service and may include requests for information which may include, without limitation, personally identifiable information such as network address, name, email, address, telephone number, date of birth, taxpayer identification or social security number, official government-issued photo identification, and bank account information or other information we may reasonably deem helpful in satisfying our risk management criteria or legal obligations.

By registering for an Account, you authorize CHB CORE and/or our third-party service providers to verify the information you provide during the registration process. Verification may include:

Cross-referencing your information against public records or databases.
Requesting additional documentation to verify your identity, such as a government-issued ID or proof of address.
Conducting ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with AML and CTF regulations.

When creating an Account, you represent and agree that:

Your Information: The information you provide to us is accurate, up to date, and solely associated with you. You must notify us within 14 days following any change in your information. Failure to provide information or update your Account promptly may result in Services being unavailable to you.
Multiple Accounts: Each user is permitted to register one Account per Service only, unless otherwise authorized in writing by CHB CORE. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend multiple Accounts associated with the same user.
Maintaining Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (“2FA“) codes. CHB CORE is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Account Usage: You may not share your Account credentials with others or permit unauthorized individuals to access your Account. Additionally, you may not open an Account or use any Service on behalf of another individual or entity without our written authorization.
Reporting Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

We may, in our sole discretion and with no liability to you, refuse to open an Account, suspend or terminate any Account, suspend or terminate the sending of Digital Assets from your Account, or suspend or terminate the trading of Digital Assets in your Account.

Monitoring

CHB CORE reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and enforce compliance with these Service Terms.

We may, at our discretion, monitor user activity on the Platform to:

Ensure compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate suspicious or unauthorized activity.
Protect the security, integrity, and reputation of Coinhub Exchange, its users and our Third-Party Providers.

Suspension & Termination of Services

CHB CORE may, in its sole discretion:

Refuse to complete, block, or cancel a transaction you have authorized in your Account.
Suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform and/or any or all future transactions.
Deactivate or cancel your Account with immediate effect for any reason.

Reasons for suspending or terminating your Account may include, without limitation:

We reasonably suspect you of acting in breach of any CHB CORE Policies.
We have concerns that a transaction made in your Account is erroneous or about the security of your Account.
We suspect your use of the Platform in a fraudulent, illegal or unauthorized manner, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crimes.
We reasonably believe that we need to do so in order to protect our reputation or the reputation of our Third-Party Providers.
We are, in our reasonable opinion, required to do so by Applicable Law, regulation or any court or other authority that we are subject to any jurisdiction.
We reasonably believe that your actions threaten the security, functionality, or reputation of CHB CORE, our partners, affiliates, or third-party service providers.
The use of your Account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and / or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your Account activity; and / or you take any action that may circumvent our controls such as opening multiple Accounts or abusing promotions which we may offer from time to time.
You fail to provide on request such documentation as CHB CORE (or any third party whose services we use in providing the Services to you under these Terms) reasonably requires in order to comply with its obligations under applicable money laundering or other laws and regulations or otherwise to ensure the verification of your identity and/or funding sources to our satisfaction.
You fail to pay any amounts due for the Services.

Our decision to take certain actions, including limiting access to, suspending, or closing your Account, may be based on confidential criteria that are essential for the purposes of our risk management and security protocols. You agree that we are under no obligation to disclose the details of our risk management and security procedures to you.

CHB CORE shall not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of any action it takes to suspend your Account or withhold settlement of a Digital Asset transaction. You may close your Account voluntarily by emailing account@coinhubexchange.com with subject “Close Account Phone Number: XXX-XXX-XXXX” (using your phone number). In the contents of the email, please include information such as your full name, phone number, current address and other information which may be requested by our support team in properly identifying you to be the proper owner of the Account in its sole discretion to close such Account. Please note that due to federal and state laws, Accounts and information in Accounts that are terminated or closed, including through user voluntary means, are still subject to our record retention requirements (typically 5 years).

In the event of any Account or Service suspension, you will remain liable for all amounts due for Services, including all fees and charges, and responsible for compliance with all CHB CORE Policies. If any Account contains stored Digital Assets, we will work with you and our service providers to transfer your Digital Assets to a wallet or account not hosted by CHB CORE, subject to applicable fees and verification procedures.

CHB CORE may, at its discretion, reinstate your access to the Account and the Services. When restoring access, we may require you to create a new Account and/or to resolve any open issues with your Account before a restriction can be removed. All termination or suspension decisions made by CHB CORE are final and binding. Users may submit a written appeal to CHB CORE for review, but we reserve the right to deny appeals in our sole discretion. The contact information for submitting appeals is provided in our Website Terms of Use.

Additional Enforcement Actions

In addition to suspending or terminating your use of the Platform, if you violate these Terms, CHB CORE may take, without prior notice, any or all of the following actions:

Report your activities to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Seek civil remedies, including damages and injunctive relief.

Fees, Payments & Taxes

Fee Structure

Coinhub Exchange users may be subject to various fees, including but not limited to:

Transaction Fees: Fees incurred for trading activities facilitated through Gemini.
Platform Fees: Fees associated with the use of advanced trading tools provided by Liquid Mercury or other integrated services.
Account-Related Fees: Fees for Account maintenance, inactivity, or additional features as specified during Account registration or in subsequent notices.

Transparency of Fees

All applicable fees will be disclosed:

At the time of the transaction, and/or
In a schedule of fees made available on the Platform or via written communication.

Important Note: CHB CORE reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. You may be notified of any changes through Platform announcements or email communication. Continued use of the Platform following fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.

Payment Methods

Coinhub Exchange accepts payments through the following methods:

Digital Assets: Payments or settlements made directly in supported Digital Assets.
Fiat Currency: Payments facilitated through bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.

Authorization of Payments

By initiating a payment on the Platform, you authorize CHB CORE, Gemini, or any relevant third-party service providers to process the transaction using your chosen payment method.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed or declined payment:

You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.
CHB CORE may charge additional fees to cover processing or administrative costs.
Your access to the Platform may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Refunds

All transactions on Coinhub Exchange are final and non-refundable, except as required by Applicable Law. You acknowledge and agree that completed transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone.

Taxes

Responsibilities Regarding Payment of Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you make or receive, and it is your responsibility to collect, report, and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. You agree that we are not responsible for determining whether any taxes apply to your use of the Platform, or for collecting, reporting, or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction or use of the Platform.

Tax Reporting

CHB CORE does not provide tax advice or services.
You are solely responsible for reporting gains, losses, and other taxable events in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Gemini may provide transaction records or other information to assist users in meeting tax reporting obligations.

Withholding and Compliance

CHB CORE and/or Gemini may withhold amounts from your transactions or Account if required to do so by applicable tax authorities. This may include, but is not limited to:

Reporting your Account information to government or tax authorities.
Deducting applicable taxes from payments or withdrawals.

Default on Payment Obligations

If you fail to meet your payment obligations:

CHB CORE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.
Outstanding balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law until paid in full.

CHB CORE may take legal action to recover unpaid amounts, including fees and costs associated with collection efforts.

Third-Party Fees

Your use of Coinhub Exchange may involve third-party fees, including but not limited to:

Gemini Fees: Fees for trading, custody, or withdrawals as governed by Gemini’s User Agreement.
Bank or Payment Provider Fees: Fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider for transactions initiated on the Platform.
Network Fees: Blockchain or miner fees associated with Digital Asset transactions.

CHB CORE is not liable for any fees incurred through third-party services.

Currency Conversion

If the Platform supports fiat-to-cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency-to-fiat conversions, the following terms apply:

Conversion rates are determined by Gemini or other Third-Party Providers and are subject to market fluctuations.
Additional fees may apply to conversion transactions, which will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
CHB CORE does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of conversion rates provided by third parties.

Limitation of Liability for Payments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHB CORE is not liable for:

Errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by our Third-Party Providers or other third-party service providers, including without limitation banks, payment processors, or blockchain networks.
Losses resulting from fraudulent transactions.
Inaccurate or incomplete payment instructions provided by you or another user.

User Acknowledgment Regarding Payments

By using Coinhub Exchange, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for all fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform.
You will not initiate unauthorized transactions or chargebacks.
Transactions involving digital assets may be irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
You must comply with all tax and legal obligations arising from your activities on the Platform.

Risks of Digital Assets

No Investment or Financial Advice

Any information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as:

A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any Digital Asset.
An endorsement of any specific investment strategy or opportunity.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and consulting with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Financial Risks

Please note that all transactions related to Digital Assets are inherently volatile and involve substantial risks. You should therefore carefully consider whether using our Services is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. In considering whether to hold Digital Assets, you should be aware that the price or value of a Digital Asset can change rapidly, decrease, and potentially even fall to zero. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss in value of your Digital Asset, or for any loss resulting from theft, loss, or mishandling of private keys outside our control.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that transactions of Digital Assets are irreversible.

We are not responsible for any Digital Asset market, and we make no representations or warranties concerning the real or perceived value of Digital Assets as denominated in any quoted currency. Although we may provide historical and/or real-time data regarding the price of Digital Assets, we make no representations regarding the quality, suitability, truth, usefulness, accuracy, or completeness of such data, and you should not rely on such data for any reason whatsoever. You understand and agree that the value of Digital Assets can be volatile, and we are not in any way responsible or liable for any losses you may incur by using our Services or transferring Digital Assets in connection with our Services.

CHB CORE is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and does not offer securities services in the United States or to U.S. persons. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Digital Assets are not subject to protections or insurance provided by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Securities Investor Protection Corporation.

Technology Risks

The use of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Delays, errors, or interruptions in blockchain networks.
Loss of access to Digital Assets due to hardware or software malfunctions, private key mismanagement, or cybersecurity breaches.
Risks associated with third-party integrations.

You assume all such risks by using the Platform.

Regulatory Risks

Cryptocurrency laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice. Such changes could restrict your ability to trade, store, or access Digital Assets and/or impose new compliance requirements, taxes, or penalties. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.

Assumption of Risk

By using Coinhub Exchange, you assume all risks associated with:

Trading and holding Digital Assets.
The potential loss of funds due to market conditions, technology failures, or regulatory actions.
Errors or omissions in data provided by the Platform, Gemini, Liquid Mercury, and other Third-Party Providers.

You agree that CHB CORE is not responsible for mitigating or compensating for these risks.

User Responsibility and Due Diligence

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, passwords, and Account credentials.
You will independently verify the accuracy and completeness of any information or data provided on the Platform.
You will conduct your own research and due diligence before engaging in any trading or investment activities.

CHB CORE is not responsible for losses resulting from your reliance on Platform content, user-generated content, or third-party data.

Representations, Warranties & Disclaimers

Accuracy of Content

CHB CORE may provide educational information about Digital Assets, including Digital Assets not supported by CHB CORE, in order to assist you in learning more about the Digital Assets market as a whole. Information may include, but is not limited to, blog posts, articles, links to Third-Party Content, news feeds, tutorials, and videos. CHB CORE endeavors to verify the accuracy of any information displayed, supplied, passing through or originating from the Services, but such information may not always be accurate, complete or current. Accordingly, you should independently verify all information before relying on it, and any decisions or actions taken based upon such information are your sole responsibility. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the contents of the Services, information and functions made accessible through the Services, any hyperlinks to third-party websites, or the security associated with the transmission of information through the Services, or any website linked to the Services.

No Financial or Legal Advice

CHB CORE does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and you are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, investment strategy or related transaction is appropriate for you based on your personal investment objectives, financial circumstances and risk tolerance. CHB CORE does not recommend that any Digital Asset should be bought, earned, sold, or held, and you agree that we will not be held responsible for the decisions you make to buy, sell, or hold any Digital Asset.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHB CORE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.
Warranties that the technology supporting any Service will operate continuously, uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code.

CHB CORE does not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur, including without limitation interruptions due to:

Scheduled maintenance or upgrades.
Unexpected technical issues or outages.
Actions taken to ensure compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but we are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability, including without limitation any reduction in the value of your Digital Assets before access is restored.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Services including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by CHB CORE or its licensors (“CHB CORE IP”). You are prohibited from using the CHB CORE IP without prior written consent and you agree that you will not copy, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, license, de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, perform, display, incorporate into another website, or in any other way exploit any of the CHB CORE IP or any other part of the Services or any derivative works thereof, in whole or in part for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not frame or display the Services or CHB CORE IP (or any portion thereof) as part of any other website or any other work of authorship without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the CHB CORE IP may result in legal action.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon through the Platform, you may report the alleged violation by contacting us at legal@coinhubexchange.com. Please provide the following information in your notice:

A description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Platform.
Your contact information, including your full name, email address, and phone number.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the owner or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property.

CHB CORE reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content alleged to infringe on intellectual property rights without prior notice, at its sole discretion and in compliance with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform is subject to the limitations set forth in the Website Terms of Use.
